TERMS & CONDITIONS
By booking DevVisuals Photography services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Booking & Payment
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking date. The remaining balance must be paid in full before final edited images are delivered. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer and PayNow.
2. Cancellation & Postponement
Postponement: Sessions may be postponed once, with at least 24 hours' notice prior to the scheduled start time. The deposit will be transferred to the rescheduled date, subject to photographer availability.
Cancellation: Postponements or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session, or complete cancellation of services, will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Full payment is required for same-day cancellations.
3. Image Editing & Delivery
All packages include professional editing with color correction, exposure adjustment, and natural retouching (including skin smoothing and minor blemish removal).
Delivery Timeline: Edited images will be delivered within 10-14 working days via online gallery.
Advanced Retouching: Complex edits such as background replacement, extensive object removal, or composite work are available at additional cost and must be requested prior to the session.
4. Revisions
One round of minor revisions is included within 7 days of image delivery. Revision requests must be specific and reasonable in scope.
5. Raw Files
Raw, unedited image files are not included in any package and will not be provided. All images are delivered as professionally edited high-resolution JPEGs.

6. Copyright & Usage Rights
Copyright Ownership: DevVisuals Photography retains full copyright to all images created.
Client License: Clients receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use of edited images, including printing and social media sharing with proper credit.
Commercial Use: Images may not be used for commercial purposes, advertising, or resale without prior written agreement. Commercial usage rights are available for purchase separately.
Portfolio Use: DevVisuals Photography reserves the right to use images from your session for portfolio, marketing, website, social media, and promotional purposes unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing at time of booking.
7. Travel & Location Fees
Travel Time: Travel and setup time between multiple locations is included in the total session duration.
Client Responsibility: Clients are responsible for obtaining necessary permits, location access, and entry fees where applicable.
8. Weather & Force Majeure
In the event of inclement weather for outdoor sessions, the session may be postponed with mutual agreement. For events, the photographer will make reasonable efforts to work within weather constraints.
DevVisuals Photography is not liable for circumstances beyond reasonable control including illness, injury, equipment failure, natural disasters, or other force majeure events. In such cases, a replacement date will be offered or a pro-rated refund provided at the photographer's discretion.
9. Model Release & Consent
By booking services, clients warrant that they have obtained consent from all individuals appearing in photographs for the photographer's use of images as outlined in Section 6 (Portfolio Use). Clients agree to indemnify DevVisuals Photography against any claims arising from lack of proper consent.
10. Limitation of Liability
While every effort is made to deliver exceptional service, DevVisuals Photography's liability is limited to a refund of fees paid. The photographer is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
Equipment Backup: Professional backup equipment is used for all sessions. However, in the rare event of complete equipment failure or data loss, liability is limited to the session fee paid.
11. Data Storage & Privacy
Images are backed up and stored securely for 12 months following delivery. After this period, clients are responsible for maintaining their own copies. Personal information is handled in accordance with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
12. Session Conduct
DevVisuals Photography reserves the right to terminate a session without refund in cases of unsafe conditions, threatening behavior, or client intoxication that prevents professional work from being completed.
13. Additional Expenses
Any additional costs not outlined in the package (parking fees, equipment rental for specialized shoots, location permits, etc.) will be communicated and approved in advance or may be passed to the client where reasonable.
14. Amendments
These terms and conditions may be updated periodically. Any changes will be posted at devvisuals.com/terms-and-conditions. Existing bookings remain subject to the terms agreed upon at time of booking.
