TERMS & CONDITIONS

1.     Postponement: Shoot can be postponed only once, 24h before scheduled start time, and the deposit will be carried forward to the next agreed shoot. Postponing the shoot less than 24h before the scheduled start time, or cancelling the shoot entirely will unfortunately result in the forfeit of the deposit.

2. Please note that full payment must be made before any final photos are shared.

3.     Editing/Retouching of photos: Basic lighting adjustments, colour corrections, and blemishes will be included with every edit. Advanced and more complex retouches such as removal of objects and distorting will be considered on a case by case basis and will cost extra.

4.     Re-edits/revisions: Maximum of 1 round of revisions will be accepted within 1 week of photos being delivered

5.     Unfortunately, I will reject requests for the original raw format photos.

6. quotes given do not include commercial use of photos unless explicitly stated. similarly, i retain the rights to all photos unless explicitly stated.

7.     Travelling cost between locations will be covered by you, the client.

8.     Travelling/changing time is included in the timing of the shoot.
